Experience:

Fred Finger serves as Senior Vice President, Fleet Strategy & Special Projects for American Roll‑On Roll‑Off Carrier, leading long‑range fleet planning, strategic development, and critical special initiatives that advance ARC’s mission and maritime capabilities. Since joining ARC in 2009, he has brought more than three decades of maritime expertise, including extensive time at sea and in senior shoreside operational leadership roles. Fred is an active contributor to the wider maritime community, serving on numerous professional associations, committees, and security advisory groups, including the Lloyd’s Register North American Advisory Committee and the DNV North American Committee.
