Experience:
Alan Estevez has held three Senate-confirmed positions in the Departments of Defense and Commerce, providing strategic direction and operational leadership across defense acquisition, logistics and supply chain management, export controls, and foreign investment review. He is widely recognized for his expertise in economic security, industrial policy, and global trade regulation. Alan serves as a senior advisor to Covington & Burling as well as other prominent companies and think tanks, and serves on the Board of Almonty, a critical minerals company.
